General Qualifications
Hollace has provided design and consulting
services for numerous residential, commercial, industrial and
governmental clients. She is recognized for her ability to evaluate
the design and operation of buildings and understand the
interrelationships between building materials, building systems and
occupant interaction. She has participated in the investigation of
IAQ building failures, often taking the lead in diverting costly
litigation by proposing corrective plans to resolve design and
construction issues. With extensive knowledge of building science
and indoor air quality (IAQ) issues, she has gained much of her
expertise in the field of IAQ while supervising and managing
projects and designing successful remediation protocols. She has
made a huge contribution to the indoor air quality industry, and has
helped to create documents, standards and policies that are used
within the industry.
