Since 1983 Hollace has served as Chief Design Engineer and Project Manager to provide design and consulting services for residential, commercial, industrial and governmental clients. Types of services have been mechanical system design, troubleshooting and redesign of inoperative systems, equipment evaluations, energy studies, master planning for mechanical systems, facility renovations and updating, building moisture intrusion, investigations and evaluation and control of indoor air quality concerns.

Project types have included residential multifamily and single family speculative developments, large estates, historical hotel and estate renovations, hotel systems renovations, restaurant facilities throughout the U.S., churches, school renovations and additions, college campuses, and commercial office complexes as well as governmental and industrial facilities.

During the last 23 years, Hollace has been largely involved in troubleshooting failed or improperly operating HVAC systems. Hollace has provided consulting services to assist legal counsel in determining causes and corrective actions needed to correct problems, as well as expert testimony as to system failures. Hollace has directed the investigation and remediation of microbially contaminated facilities and has been active in all phases of correction and remediation processes.

Hollace has overseen the investigation, design and remediation efforts of over 40 projects that have been proven to maintain proper conditions several years after completion.
