Bailey Engineering Corporation is a full-service building science and mechanical engineering consulting firm offering services since 1981.

We provide a variety of services with specialized experience in hot and humid climates. 

Our methodology comprises maintaining proper control of the indoor environment through building shell construction, HVAC system concerns and understanding how people relate to their environments.

Our Mission Statement: Provide people with good quality engineering service, based on good information and science, which improves their lives, peace of mind, comfort and health, while meeting the needs of lifestyle for our BEC team and challenging the industry to improve the quality of engineering and building systems.

The best description of our services is "the client's engineering department." We act as the "in house" engineering department for many clients who do not have their own departments with expertise in the matters they are confronted with.

When they have issues with their buildings, such as air conditioning problems that are not being resolved by their normal maintenance/service people, comfort problems or complaints that are not being resolved or are chronic, moisture or water intrusion problems, mold and mildew growing in their buildings, odors, multiple HVAC equipment failures, etc., they pick up the phone and call BEC.
